Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader with a passion for extrusion technology? Orang Tua Group invites you to join our dynamic team as a Section Head of Production in Serang. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end LLDPE 5-layer blown film process, ensuring operational excellence, high product quality, and the achievement of strict production targets. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing production team, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of the LLDPE 5-layer blown film production line to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure all targets are met while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards for the final product.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule preventive maintenance and resolve technical machinery issues promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory role within the blown film or polymer extrusion industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of LLDPE 5-layer blown film technology and extrusion processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using production management software.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
