Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and implement effective stock control systems to minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse workflows.
- Monitor and manage warehouse budgets, including operational costs and resource allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and safety regulations in Indonesia.
