Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze securitized credit products (MBS, ABS, CDOs) to assess credit quality, prepayment risk, and market value
- Monitor economic trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting securitized markets
- Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, cash flow projection, and scenario analysis
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and investment recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with trading desks and portfolio managers to support investment decisions
- Conduct due diligence on potential securitized investments and counterparties
- Present findings to senior management and investment committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA designation preferred
- 3-7+ years of securitized credit experience at fund manager, sell-side desk, rating agency, or bank
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Deep understanding of structured finance products and credit analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Indonesian and Asian credit markets highly advantageous
