Bali International Golf is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Daily Worker to join our team in Denpasar Timur. As a premier destination for golf enthusiasts, maintaining a secure, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff is our top priority. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol the golf course grounds, parking areas, and facility entrances to ensure safety.
- Control access to the premises, verifying guest identities and managing vehicle traffic.
- Monitor CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities promptly.
- Respond immediately to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances within the facility.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of security observations and incidents.
- Assist guests with directions and provide information while maintaining professional conduct.
- Ensure all security protocols are strictly followed to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, hospitality, or public service is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama certificate (Security Training Certification) is a significant advantage.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus for guest interaction.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
