As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness of our security operations. You will lead incident response activities, develop robust security architectures, and proactively hunt for threats across our cloud and on-premise infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you will directly influence the security posture of our rapidly scaling platforms.
Your core mission will be to protect our systems from advanced threats while enabling secure business growth. You will collaborate extensively with engineering and product teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), conduct security reviews, and implement cutting-edge detection and prevention tools.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the incident response lifecycle, including detection, triage, containment, eradication, and post-mortem analysis.
- Enhance security monitoring capabilities by tuning SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR platforms to detect sophisticated threats.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and forensic analysis to identify attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Perform security assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews to identify vulnerabilities in applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls for cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, incident response playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor junior security team members and contribute to security awareness initiatives across the organization.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry best practices to continuously improve our security posture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in security engineering, incident response, or a related cybersecurity role.
- Expertise in security operations, including log analysis, malware analysis, and network forensics.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and hands-on experience with AWS or GCP security services and architectures.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and web application firewalls (WAF).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCFA, or OSCP are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
