Are you a vigilant and service-oriented individual looking to join a vibrant team in the heart of Bali? Remah Dan Tatakan is currently seeking a dedicated Security & Facility Maintenance Officer to ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of our restaurant premises in Kuta.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail who takes pride in maintaining property standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and regulate the motorcycle parking area to ensure organized and safe vehicle placement.
- Maintain a high level of security across the restaurant premises, including patrolling and monitoring entry/exit points.
- Perform regular facility maintenance checks, specifically focusing on the cleanliness and hygiene of the restroom facilities.
- Ensure the storage area (gudang) is organized, secure, and clear of hazards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the restaurant's front-of-house and exterior areas.
- Assist guests with safety inquiries and provide a helpful, professional demeanor at all times.
- Promptly report any security breaches or facility damage to restaurant management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Prior experience in security, parking management, or general building maintenance is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professional integrity.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and remain alert during shifts.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (Basic English is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Kuta, Bali area.
