Milena Store is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our clothing retail establishment in Yogyakarta. As the first point of contact, you'll protect our assets, prevent theft, and maintain a safe shopping environment for both customers and staff. This full-time position requires vigilance, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. You'll conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and respond promptly to security incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of store premises and parking areas
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond to suspicious activities
- Prevent theft and shoplifting through visible presence and customer engagement
- Assist with emergency procedures including fire safety and medical incidents
- Verify visitor access and maintain entry/exit logs
- Collaborate with store management to address security concerns
- Document security incidents and submit daily activity reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience
- Valid Security Officer certification (preferred)
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Basic first aid and CPR training (advantageous)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Integrity and professional demeanor
