Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises, access points, and parking areas to maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks or hazards.
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and maintaining a professional presence.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or reports of suspicious activity.
- Document all daily activities, incidents, and security observations in formal shift logs.
- Collaborate with local authorities and venue management to enforce property policies and safety protocols.
- Control vehicle and visitor access to the property to ensure authorized entry only.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hotel, villa, or restaurant setting.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama certificate is highly preferred.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility toward property and personnel safety.
