Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and ensure visitor safety.
- Control access to the facility by verifying credentials of staff, visitors, and vendors.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems to identify potential security breaches.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, or security alarms.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate effectively with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols consistently across all shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a security or surveillance role.
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama or equivalent security certification (preferred).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic report writing and familiarity with modern security equipment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Badung, Bali area.
