Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control access to campus buildings, gates, and designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular patrol rounds of campus premises to ensure safety and detect suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms following established protocols
- Maintain detailed incident reports and accurate logs of security activities and observations
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required
- Enforce university policies and regulations among visitors and personnel
- Assist in crowd management during campus events, assemblies, and examinations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent; completion of security training is an advantage
- Previous experience in security services, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail and vigilance
- Good communication skills in Filipino and English; able to prepare written reports
- Must hold a valid Security License or eligible for immediate processing
- No criminal record and able to pass background investigation
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
