Cahaya Prima Mandiri is currently seeking a disciplined, alert, and professional Security Guard to join our team in Plumbon, Jawa Barat. As a member of our security personnel, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and company assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
- Control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises.
- Conduct routine security checks and inspections of all company property and equipment.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate daily logbook of all security-related activities and incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, security breaches, or alarms with appropriate caution and protocol.
- Assist in the management of visitor registration and provide professional guidance to guests.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or management in the event of serious security incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama certificate is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and mentally alert with a disciplined character.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and a proactive attitude towards safety.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Effective communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in security, military, or police services is an advantage.
- Clean criminal record and a professional appearance.
