As a key member of our safety operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for our staff, visitors, and assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building and perimeter to ensure all doors, windows, and gates are locked and secure.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or policy violations to management immediately.
- Maintain detailed logs of all security-related activities, visitor entries, and incident reports during the shift.
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance equipment to identify potential threats or irregularities.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with directions and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement established safety and evacuation procedures as necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama or Gada Madya certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Excellent observation skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong integrity, discipline, and a clean criminal record.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.
- Willingness to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
