Cafe Dasa, in partnership with Pulau Projects, is thrilled to announce the pre-opening phase of our latest hotspot: Yuki Ubud. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our dynamic pre-opening team.
As a key member of our safety team, your role goes beyond standard patrolling. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, blending high-level security vigilance with warm, hospitality-driven service. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing hospitality group (Pulau Projects) where your career can flourish as we expand our footprint across Bali.
In this contract position, you will ensure a secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and assets, while actively assisting visitors with parking and general inquiries. If you hold a valid driver's license (SIM A), possess a strong sense of responsibility, and thrive in high-vibe restaurant and lifestyle venue environments, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests, staff, and visitors at Yuki Ubud.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Assist guests with vehicle parking, traffic coordination, and safe entry/exit from the venue.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or safety hazards following established protocols.
- Verify and monitor the entry of authorized personnel, suppliers, and visitors onto the property.
- Operate and monitor security equipment, including CCTV systems, and maintain accurate daily logs.
- Collaborate closely with the management team and local authorities (Banjar/police) when necessary to resolve security issues.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as a Security Guard, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or beach club industry.
- Must possess a valid Indonesian Driver's License for cars (SIM A) and be confident in driving/valet assisting.
- Possession of a valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent physical health, mental alertness, and a strong sense of integrity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a hospitality-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate basic conversational English to assist international tourists and guests.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
