Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of restaurant premises and parking areas
- Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activities
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials
- Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs
- Collaborate with staff to ensure customer safety
- Maintain emergency equipment and security systems
Kualifikasi
- Valid Satpam certification (SIS) required
- Minimum 1 year security experience
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Basic first aid and emergency response training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Physical fitness for standing/walking duties
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
