Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols throughout The Keranjang premises to ensure the safety of assets and personnel.
- Monitor and analyze CCTV surveillance systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
- Manage access control at entry and exit points, including vehicle and guest screening.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests to ensure a pleasant visitor experience.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security breaches, medical emergencies, or safety hazards.
- Prepare accurate and detailed daily incident reports for management review.
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure all safety equipment is in working order and report any malfunctions immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama/Madya security certificate (strongly preferred).
- Proven experience as a Security Guard, preferably in the retail, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for CCTV and security logging.
- Clean criminal record and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure situations.
