Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the organization's unique requirements.
- Lead and mentor security personnel, overseeing scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure rapid incident response.
- Manage the maintenance and operational efficiency of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
- Prepare detailed security reports and briefings for senior management regarding incidents and security metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and technological trends to proactively safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in security management or a related law enforcement/military field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale security operations in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Jakarta local regulations and safety compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management abilities.
- Proficiency in modern security technologies and risk assessment methodologies.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends or night shifts as required by operational needs.
