Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and assistance
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of all facility areas
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials
- Collaborate with local authorities when required
- Safeguard company assets and confidential information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year of security or customer service experience
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies
- Basic first aid certification preferred
- Valid security license (if required by local regulations)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
