Tanggung Jawab
- Patrol hotel premises to deter criminal activity and enforce safety protocols
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to security alerts
- Manage access control for guests, staff, and restricted areas
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities and equipment
- Provide assistance during medical emergencies and evacuations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year security experience in hospitality or commercial setting
- Valid Security Officer certification (required by Indonesian regulations)
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
