Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure facility safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Provide professional, friendly, and helpful assistance to all guests and employees.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, incidents, and alarms according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily security activities and incident reports.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for all.
- Control access to restricted areas and manage visitor logs effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in a security or surveillance role is highly preferred.
- Strong integrity, discipline, and a high level of situational awareness.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties including standing or walking for extended periods.
- Possession of valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is a strong advantage.
