Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the facility to ensure the safety of visitors and staff.
- Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to identify potential security threats or irregular activities.
- Manage guest access and perform thorough vehicle and bag inspections at designated entry points.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily logs of security operations.
- Provide quick and professional responses to emergency situations, including medical incidents or disturbances.
- Collaborate with local authorities and parking personnel to maintain orderly traffic and security flow.
- Uphold the highest standard of professional conduct and hospitality while interacting with guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama certificate is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security or loss prevention role within the retail or hospitality sector.
- Strong physical condition and mental alertness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for CCTV and security monitoring equipment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
