Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and secure company premises 24/7 through systematic surveillance and patrols
- Control access points by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures for all personnel
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations or emergencies
- Conduct regular equipment checks (CCTV, alarms, access systems)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of security officer experience preferred
- Valid Security Certification (Keamanan Dasar) or willingness to obtain
- Physical fitness to work in shifts and patrol large areas
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Integrity, discipline, and crisis management abilities
- Valid SIM C (for patrol duties if required)
