Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols across hotel premises to ensure security protocols are followed
- Monitor and document entry/exit of employees, guests, and visitors
- Identify potential security threats and report incidents to management
- Operate surveillance equipment and maintain security logs
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in crisis management
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations when required
- Enforce hotel policies regarding safety and access control
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent certification
- 1+ years of security experience in hospitality or similar industry
- Valid Security Officer certification (SIPSK) preferred
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic first aid and emergency response training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties
