Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises and conduct regular security patrols to prevent unauthorized access
- Operate surveillance systems and respond to security alerts promptly
- Enforce company safety protocols and access control procedures
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during emergencies
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors regarding security matters
- Maintain accurate logs of security activities and equipment status
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid security guard certification (Sertifikat Satpam)
- Minimum 1 year of security experience in industrial settings
- Physical fitness capable of standing/walking for extended periods
- Basic first aid and emergency response training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and security software
