As a key member of our safety and loss prevention division, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for our staff, clients, and assets. In this role, you will play an essential part in our daily operations, ensuring that all access control protocols are strictly followed and that our facility remains a safe space. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises, access points, and surveillance equipment to maintain site security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and detect potential safety hazards.
- Greet and direct visitors while enforcing company access control procedures and visitor logging.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of all security-related activities, incidents, and shift observations.
- Collaborate with local authorities and management to address security concerns or suspicious activities.
- Ensure that all security equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while on duty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related safety/enforcement field is preferred.
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama or equivalent security certification.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work long hours or rotating shifts as required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response, first aid, and fire safety procedures.
- Ability to remain observant and alert at all times to detect potential security breaches.
