Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain site security via access control systems and regular perimeter patrols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, safety hazards, or emergencies.
- Manage the registration and verification of visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering the premises.
- Conduct routine safety inspections to identify potential risks or non-compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Document all daily occurrences and security activities in an accurate, professional logbook or digital system.
- Collaborate with local authorities and internal departments to enforce site security policies.
- Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Assist in the execution of emergency evacuation drills and safety briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience in security, safety operations, or related fields (e.g., Satpam/Security Guard experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of access control systems, surveillance monitoring, and safety incident reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of physical fitness and alertness.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Possession of valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is highly preferred.
- Discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility are mandatory.
