As a Security Supervisor, you will lead by example, mentoring a team of security officers and coordinating daily operations to mitigate risks, handle emergency situations, and uphold the highest safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the daily activities of the security team to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety policies.
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
- Lead emergency response efforts, including fire safety, medical emergencies, and evacuation procedures.
- Manage the maintenance and operational integrity of security systems, including CCTV and access control.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities.
- Collaborate with local authorities and hotel management to address security concerns proactively.
- Ensure all security staff are well-trained in guest service standards and conflict resolution techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of safety protocols, security systems, and emergency crisis management.
- Fluency in Indonesian and good proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Possession of relevant security certifications (e.g., Gada Madya or equivalent).
- Exceptional observational skills and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
