Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily operations of the self-storage facility, including unit rentals, access control, and facility maintenance.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on high-quality service.
  • Assist Australian RE clients with property-related administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness and security standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and lease documentation.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling procedures securely.
  • Resolve tenant issues and complaints efficiently to ensure tenant retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in property management, real estate sales, or self-storage operations is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced schedule.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours.
