- Proactively greet and assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and recommendations, offering advice based on their needs.
- Provide comprehensive information about products, promotions, and store services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and correctly displayed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and returns professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the store.
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, price tagging, and assisting with stock takes.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist shoppers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, including flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating a POS system.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks that require bending and reaching as required.
