- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area at all times.
- Process transactions accurately when needed and follow cash handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or college degree is an advantage.
- At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
