Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement effective sales strategies and merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize shrinkage to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met, promptly resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain store safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and employees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by retail operations.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Caloocan City or nearby areas in Metro Manila.
