As the Selling Manager, you will serve as the face of the brand, bridging the gap between corporate strategy and on-ground execution. You will be tasked with mentoring sales associates, optimizing inventory flow, and maintaining high visual standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the overall daily operations of the store to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable workflow.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve high performance and customer service standards.
- Monitor daily sales targets and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and meet monthly KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, processing, and loss prevention to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure the store maintains a pristine appearance and adheres to strict visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Handle high-level customer inquiries and resolve escalations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, including sales analysis and staff scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
