Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered, resolving complaints and escalations promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishments to minimize stockouts.
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
- Manage store budgets and expense reports, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent retail experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems, POS, and inventory management software.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to perform operational tasks within the store.
