Robinsons Supermarket is looking for a driven Selling Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our department in Kawit, Cavite. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for hitting ambitious sales targets, guiding a passionate team, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for every customer while maintaining precise inventory control and high merchandising standards.
You will work closely with store management to roll out promotional campaigns, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies that boost revenue and reduce shrinkage. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, possesses strong leadership abilities, and is adept at problem solving in real time.
Key duties include supervising sales floor activities, coaching staff on customer‑centric selling techniques, monitoring stock levels, and upholding visual presentation guidelines. You will also be expected to prepare performance reports, address any operational issues promptly, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the department.
- Recruit, train, and coach a team of sales associates to deliver top‑notch customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, control shrinkage, and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
- Oversee visual merchandising and maintain product displays to brand standards.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and report insights to management.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus).
- Working knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum educational attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kawit, Cavite.
