Robinsons Supermarket is seeking a dynamic Selling Supervisor to lead our Molino branch sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the department, managing customer service standards, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining an attractive merchandise display. By coaching and developing a team of sales associates, you will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key duties include analyzing sales data to uncover growth opportunities, coordinating stock replenishment, and executing promotional activities aligned with corporate guidelines. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and collaborate closely with store management to drive overall performance.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of sales targets, KPI tracking, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
