- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and key accounts to drive repeat business.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the store environment meets visual merchandising standards and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards, and visual merchandising.
