- Oversee and direct daily department operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a positive shopping environment.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising displays, and product replenishment to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular checks on product quality, pricing, and promotional displays.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, operational activities, and team performance for store management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or team lead role within a supermarket or large retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage operational costs.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, inventory management, and store safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, POS systems).
- At least a High School Diploma; a college degree or relevant vocational training is a plus.
