Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Drive store sales targets and KPIs through effective team motivation and strategic product placement.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales personnel.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention protocols.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to provide insights for store growth.
- Ensure all store policies, safety regulations, and grooming standards are strictly upheld.
- Handle customer escalations and concerns with professionalism and conflict-resolution expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail, fashion, or lifestyle environment.
- Strong background in sales management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a sales-driven team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and operational targets.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
