As the Selling Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall success of your department. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales revenue, delivering outstanding customer service, managing inventory levels, and implementing effective shrink reduction strategies. You will also mentor and guide a team of sales associates, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet company standards and customer expectations.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the department's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales associates to maximize productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, product display, and shrinkage control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a customer-focused shopping environment.
- Enforce security protocols to minimize loss and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members to foster professional growth.
- Prepare accurate sales and operational reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/College degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in the retail industry (grocery or FMCG experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage KPIs.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
