- Oversee daily selling operations and category management for assigned supermarket sections
- Develop and implement category-building strategies to drive profitability and sales growth
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets and customer service standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, planogram compliance, and visual merchandising
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with procurement and merchandising teams for category planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/supermarket operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales reports and KPIs
- Proven track record in category management and inventory control
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
