Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute external audit engagements across multiple industries
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors while ensuring audit quality standards
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal control effectiveness
- Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international auditing standards (PSAK/ISAs)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Assist in business development activities and proposal preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- 3-5 years of experience in external auditing, preferably in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian auditing standards and regulations
- Professional certification (CPA, Ak) is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
