We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Account Executive to lead our financial reporting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian financial regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, support budget planning, and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and trial balance maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit processes
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance against targets
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately
- Support management in financial planning and forecasting activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is highly advantageous
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
