Tanggung Jawab
- Independently manage full-set accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)
- Oversee essential fiscal functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/MFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
- Implement and optimize accounting processes to enhance efficiency and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with full-set account management
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and management reports
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
