Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complete financial management including accounting, cash flow control, financial reporting, and risk management
- Lead and develop accounting team members to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Design and implement financial strategies supporting business expansion and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage budgeting processes, forecasting models, and variance analysis to drive financial performance
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust internal controls and risk assessment frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management with team leadership
- Proven expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and business metrics
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
