Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate monthly/yearly financial closing.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for senior management review.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory financial regulations, tax requirements (SST/Income Tax), and company internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities to ensure smooth audit and tax filing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and perform budgetary control functions.
- Develop and implement improvements to accounting software and financial workflows to increase departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting or auditing role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MPERS/MFRS) and current tax legislation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
