In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the full spectrum of accounting operations, from day-to-day transaction processing to high-level strategic planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely submission of SST, corporate tax, and other statutory filings.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA/CPA is highly advantageous).
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, corporate tax, and SST regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
