Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead project costing, including budgeting and cost analysis.
- Process subcontractor progress claims and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Handle progress billings and manage accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with project teams to align financial strategies with project goals.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on project costing and subcontractor management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
