Join Store N Go's dynamic finance team as a Senior Account Executive and become the backbone of our financial operations. In this critical role, you'll manage end-to-end accounting processes including full-set accounts, monthly reconciliations, internal/external audits, and comprehensive financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Lead internal and external audit processes ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
- Oversee financial operations including payroll processing, tax filings, and budget tracking
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting and financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in fast-paced retail or logistics industry preferred
