Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct regular financial audits and ensure proper internal controls are in place
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing accounting teams
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards
