Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full client account lifecycles including onboarding, maintenance, and closure
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial efficiency
- Monitor account performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Train junior staff on account management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or financial services
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in logistics or shipping industry advantageous
