Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full-set accounts, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and petty cash control.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities (LHDN/SSM) for compliance matters.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Perform financial analysis to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
- Prepare GST/SST and other relevant tax filings as required.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in handling full-set accounts is required.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential to communicate with our diverse client and stakeholder base.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, dedication, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict reporting deadlines.
